The business has recently secured a new £5 million private residence, due to start on site in May, and is looking for an experienced, detail-driven Site Manager to take the lead. This is a standout project, a highly bespoke two/three-storey home featuring complex structural steel packages, architectural detailing, and a full suite of luxury internal finishes including a private cinema room and indoor pool.If you enjoy working on one-off homes where quality, coordination and craftsmanship matter, this will suit you well. About the ContractorThis is a locally focused, design-led contractor delivering high-end properties for private clients. With a strong pipeline already secured heading into 2026, they offer long-term work within a sensible geographic radius, typically no more than 30-40 minutes from Oxford.Their projects are architecturally ambitious and technically interesting, often involving: • Complex structural steelwork, • Bespoke joinery and stonework, • High-end MEP coordination, • Luxury internal packages (cinema, pool etc.), • Experience as a Site Manager on high-end residential or complex bespoke builds, • Strong understanding of steelwork packages and structural coordination, • Comfortable working on detailed internal finishes and specialist trades, • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid, • Confident communicator with a tidy, organised approach, • Based within a reasonable commute of Oxford / Berkshire, • £55,000-£64,000 depending on experience, • Local work-no long travel outside Oxfordshire/Berkshire, • Chance to deliver a standout, architecturally ambitious private home, • Stable pipeline of super-prime projects running into 2026
