Overview In this PCN Manager role you drive delivery of PCN objectives and contractual requirements across seven GP practices. You will lead strategic transformation, programme delivery and workforce development to improve patient access and care quality. You’ll collaborate with GP practices, NHS partners and stakeholders to progress the PCN development plan and strengthen neighbourhood integration. This is a pivotal leadership position that blends governance, project management and service redesign to sustain a high-quality primary care network. Pay / BenefitsFlexible workingPermanent contractSalary dependent on experienceFull-time/Part-time optionsCareer development opportunitiesCollaborative team environment ResponsibilitiesLead and support quality improvement and performance within the PCN as part of a multi-disciplinary team.Support recruitment, induction and training of PCN staff and ensure qualifications and competencies.Collaborate with teams and practices to standardise service changes, contracts and policies, acting as PM contact for PCN projects.Coordinate ad-hoc projects across practices and monitor patient safety and care quality for all initiatives.Oversee project accountability, monitoring, risk management and outcomes reporting to the PCN Clinical Director.Coordinate information dissemination and learning events for member practices; promote integrated neighbourhood ways of working.Support recruitment to additional roles reimbursement scheme and integration of new staff into primary care teams.Develop administrative systems for PCN collaboration projects and maintain new financial systems with PMs.Monitor submissions for enhanced services and contracts, ensuring timely claims and payment processing.Present financial plans, strategic goals and monitoring reports to the PCN regularly.
