This is a rewarding, community-based role where you will work directly with customers in their homes, providing practical support to help them sustain their tenancies, live independently, and achieve their personal goals. About the Role You will work closely with Housing Officers and wider support teams to deliver an Intensive Housing Management service. The role is highly customer-focused and involves regular outreach, partnership working, and hands-on support. Key aspects of the role include: • Conducting regular home visits to review customer progress and wellbeing, • Supporting customers to maintain safe, clean, and sustainable accommodation, • Providing advice on budgeting, bills, and accessing financial support, • Assisting with housing applications, including social housing and private rentals, • Coordinating repairs, contractor access, and property-related matters, • Identifying and responding to safeguarding concerns, including making appropriate referrals, • Working collaboratively with external agencies such as health, social care, and local authorities, • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to case reviews and service outcomes What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is passionate about supporting others and can work proactively in a fast-paced, community setting. You will have: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • The ability to build trust with a wide range of customers and stakeholders, • Excellent organisation and time management skills, • A calm and professional approach to managing challenging or emergency situations, • A proactive, solution-focused mindset, • Experience in a customer-facing or support-based role Desirable: • Knowledge of housing legislation or supported housing environments Additional Requirements • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential), • Ability to work independently across the community Why Apply?
