To assist Head Chef in the preparation and service of food, ensuring that the highest quality, hygiene and service standards are met and maintained at all times in line with our guests expectations. High-quality informal brasserie-style dining at the clubhouse is central to the golf experience. Quality grab-and-go options before and during play, along with fast, hearty, quality breakfast menus form an important part of the clubhouse offering. More refined dining at MacLeod House including breakfasts require the development, preparation and delivery. This role is central to day-to-day operations and requires a high level of culinary ability, as well as organisational skills. The role operates on a shift-based system including weekend working in line with the seasonal needs of the business.
