
Property Lawyer – Watford, Hertfordshire Location: Watford Salary: £35k - £50k–based on experience Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday (9:30am – 5:30pm) About the Role Our client is looking for a talented Property Lawyer (minimum 1 year PQE) to join our growing team in Watford. You’ll handle a varied caseload of property transactions and disputes, with a particular focus on Rights of Light and easement issues. The role offers excellent exposure to both commercial and residential property work, and the chance to gain valuable experience in property litigation. Key Responsibilities • Managing a varied caseload of property matters, • Reviewing leases, transfers, and title documents, • Advising clients on property disputes and Rights of Light issues, • Drafting and reviewing Deeds of Release, NDAs, Standstill Agreements and other complex documents, • Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring regulatory compliance Out client is dedicated to providing efficient, tailored legal solutions for clients across the UK. Field Care Supervisor will require working in the field and the office • Company car can be provided, • Working hours will be flexible., • Training will be provided Job Description: • To undertake assessments for new packages, • Conduct Risk Assessments as part of the Individual Needs Assessment and to update these as required as part of the Service User's risk management (Re-assessments at 6-monthly intervals for double-handed service users, and annually, or as required, for all other service users), • Report any changes in a Service User to the Care Coordinating Team., • Monitor all Service Users for customer satisfaction., • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all documentation held in Service Users' homes., • Ensure that all written reports and administration is up to date and signed off by Operations Management Team., • Liaise closely with the Senior Care – Coordinator/Operations Management Team and report back regularly on activity in the field., • To attend service user reviews as required by the Local Authority., • To record on the system the outcomes of all such reviews., • To carry out spot visits to Service users’ homes whilst Care Workers are in attendance when required., • Responding to complaints and queries from service users.
