Duties: Your initial responsibilities are listed below, however due to the divisions growth these can develop and change to suit your career aspirations, interests and strengths: • Working with and supporting our consulting team in dealing with client and product provider queries, • Building strong relationships with our clients to understand their needs and create tailored Employee Benefits solutions, • Undertaking Employee Benefits reviews and writing reports to be presented to our clients, • Attending client meetings in person and virtually, • Managing Employee Benefit policy renewals, coordinating with providers and clients in a timely and organised manner, • Developing relationships with product providers to understand their propositions, • Keeping informed of industry developments and changes in legislation which impact our clients, • Managing claims and medical underwriting, • Supporting and administering Employee Benefits policies through our market leading online benefits platform, • Reviewing and analysing employee, company and benefit data Our Ideal Candidate: You will have experience in either an Employee Benefits OR Professional Services role which includes engaging with clients or other professionals.
