You will oversee infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects from concept through to commissioning, ensuring technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction. Key Responsibilities (not limited to): • Lead multidisciplinary teams through all project phases: feasibility, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning., • Manage project scope, budget, schedule, and risk to ensure successful delivery., • Oversee technical design reviews and ensure constructability, safety, and environmental compliance., • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, regulators, contractors, and internal stakeholders., • Prepare and maintain project documentation including programmes, cost plans, and progress reports. * Proven experience in managing water and wastewater projects, ideally within UK regulatory frameworks., • Strong understanding of both infrastructure (e.g., pipelines, sewers) and non-infrastructure (e.g., treatment plants, pumping stations) assets., • Experience in Design & Build delivery models and detailed design coordination., • Project Management Qualification; Member of ICE or CIWEM.
