The role involves the full supervision of the bar/retail team to enforce high standards and consistency across the board. The job will require an extensive knowledge of drinks&cocktails and above average problem solving abilities. Progression can be discussed after a minimum of 6 months +3 years of proven bar supervisor experience is the minimum requirement to obtain the job.
