The Role • Provide administrative support to senior leaders and teams across Land, Planning, Technical, and other departments as required., • Manage and maintain departmental records, databases, and filing systems (digital and physical)., • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points., • Support project teams with document preparation, submissions, and reporting., • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and correspondence., • Handle incoming communications (emails, calls, post), directing queries to the appropriate department or individual., • Manage office administration tasks including supplies, facilities, and general office coordination., • Support compliance and governance by maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies., • Assist with onboarding processes for new employees, including IT and office setup., • Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally supporting multiple teams or departments., • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • High attention to detail and accuracy., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)., • Ability to work independently while being a strong team player., • Experience in property, construction, or related industries.
