Senior Asset ManagerLocation: Leicester\nSalary :£51356 to £54495We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute senior property surveyor to provide decisive leadership and drive value from a diverse portfolio of land and buildings.This is a senior role with responsibility for leading people, optimising asset performance, delivering revenue growth and capital receipts, and ensuring assets support wider organisational, economic, and environmental objectives.\nAbout the RoleReporting at a senior level, you will lead the operational asset management function for a substantial and varied property portfolio.
