We are looking for a self-motivated, results-oriented achiever who has a passion for wanting to learn or use their knowledge of Digital Marketing. Working as a part of the Teacher Resources and Employee Engagement (TREE) team your role will be vital in helping us recruit more teachers for our ever-expanding schools business in China and Indonesia. As we are recruiting English teachers, your level of written English must be extremely high. You will be working as part of a multi-national team, so you will need to be a strong communicator. Responsibilities: • Help manage our monthly email newsletters (CRM) design, content and sending process to generate leads from our existing candidate database. Grow the number and type of eDMs that we send., • Work with website listings partners to negotiate digital marketing campaigns to target potential English Teachers Across USA, CA, UK, IR, AU, NZ, & SA., • Work to implement and publish marketing materials and job ads for our accounts with all listing partners., • Analyze the results of listings and email campaigns and listings to make them convert better over time and more cost-effective., • Manage our teacher referral promotions to increase our refer-a-friend applications., • Manage Google Analytics Account and Webpages for Website using website builder/editor and work to increase website traffic., • Input into online & offline marketing ideas in general to increase our teacher applications., • Build and publish new webpages for blog or SEO., • Work with our developer team to implement systems on the website changes., • Help create listings for job posts., • Work with the Engagement Team to gather or create content for social media- this may involve visiting schools to get/create footage and resources for digital marketing., • Deliver webinars, fairs or booths to attract leads or potential applicants., • Source vendors for lead production., • Support the recruitment team (if requested) to do interviews and screening or any admin work needed. Requirements: • University Bachelor’s Degree(a background in marketing is preferred), • Has at least 1-2 years of relevant experience, • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English., • Analytical in nature & likes analyzing numbers, • Knowledge of HTML / CSS a plus, • Knowledge of Storyblok a plus, • An understanding of content creation through blogging & SEO is required, • Good Excel and PowerPoint Skills, • Ability to provide accurate information, paying close attention to detail.
