We are excited to be recruiting for a Chef De Partie to work in our central production unit. Location: SW19 8LG Rate of Pay: Β£35,000 per annum Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 06.00 to 14.30 (option to start at 05.00 to do the breakfast shift) Key Responsibilities: β’ Catering for workplace food production that caters for 2,000 people per day. This includes a daily hot food menu that fits into a rotation of global food concepts, β’ Cold salad bar & sandwich preparation, β’ To develop and plan menus that are in line with client and customer needs, β’ To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers, β’ Work effectively with all colleagues at the relevant site to ensure excellent customer service, β’ Making outstanding quality food that is βpicture perfectβ every time, β’ Pride yourself on food quality and hygiene standard Working with Company of Cooks has its perks!
