This role would suit a Solicitor or Legal Executive who is able to handle a varied caseload whilst delivering quality client care. \n Main Duties \n\n • To provide thorough advice on a wide range of litigated matters, including professional negligence, debt recovery, commercial property, contentious matters, contracts, leases and disputes.\n, • Evaluate the merits of a claim, provide legal advice on the position and resolve the dispute until completion.\n, • Provide a profitable contribution by meeting individual and team performance targets. • Delivering a high standard of client care.\n, • Networking and participation in the company’s marketing activities to raise the profile of the department/firm. The Company Our client is a well established and diverse agricultural and property business operating across sites in the UK. With a strong focus on high quality livestock production, the organisation manages several thousand acres of land, covering a range of agricultural activities including arable, livestock, and specialist poultry operations. What You Will Be Doing As a Trainee Assistant/Assistant Poultry Unit Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of a specialist Turkey unit. Working closely with the Unit Manager, you will help oversee site operations, livestock management, and team activities while ensuring high standards are maintained across welfare, biosecurity, and health & safety.
