Join OneAdvanced This role is responsible for leading and coordinating the delivery of customer managed service projects and e-catalogue updates within Purchasing (Marketplace). It requires strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities, the ability to manage and prioritise multiple workstreams, and a proactive, solution-focused approach. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure catalogue content is accurate, consistent, and delivered in line with commercial and service commitments. This role is based at our York office, with the flexibility and remote working. Team members are typically expected to attend on-site 1–2 times per month. What You Will Do • Lead and manage end-to-end e-catalogue and managed service onboarding projects, including planning, prioritisation, scheduling, and delivery, • Act as the primary customer contact for managed service activities, capturing requirements, providing updates, and ensuring clear expectation-setting, • Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of catalogue changes and service enhancements, • Facilitate regular project status reviews, identifying risks and issues, and driving resolution to maintain delivery timelines, • Validate and review catalogue data to ensure accuracy and alignment with commercial and supplier specifications, • Drive continuous improvement across catalogue management processes, documentation, tools, and quality assurance methods, • Prepare, manipulate, and upload data using Excel to ensure accurate publication within the Purchasing platform What You Will Have • Confident engaging directly with customers and suppliers, able to clearly set expectations and manage high-profile stakeholders, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience validating and preparing data in Excel, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical detail for non-technical audiences, • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to agreed timelines, • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all deliverables, • Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively across teams What We Do For You Wellbeing that means something • 26 days’ holiday + bank holidays (and the option to buy more) plus 1 paid volunteering day every year, • Exceptional family leave, 26 weeks fully paid maternity/adoption, 4 weeks fully paid paternity, 22 weeks fully paid shared parental leave, plus 5 days paid bereavement leave, • Robust sick pay of up to 13 weeks full pay + 13 weeks half pay, • 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme for confidential support, • Private medical insurance for everyone, no medical-history exclusions Financial Benefits That Have Your Back • Group-wide performance bonus, when we win, you win, • Income protection: up to 75% salary for 5 years if you ever need it Grow your career with us • SkillsHub learning platform with leadership pathways, future-manager training, and a huge online library, • Access to external training and apprenticeships Making a Difference • MatchIt!
