As our Senior Development Manager for Scotland, you take the lead from the moment we spot an opportunity to the moment we hand the keys to our operations crew. You dive into planning, design, tendering, budgeting and execution, all while keeping one eye on the bigger vision and the other on the details that make a project shine. You work closely with our Development Managing Director and our RE leadership team, turning ideas into a living, buzzing multi-use community. Your days will be filled with creative problem solving, smart coordination and building relationships with architects, consultants, city partners and your internal crew. What You’ll Do - • Lead the full development cycle for our new Edinburgh project, from underwriting to handover., • Analyse potential investments and guide the early decision-making process., • Select and manage architects, advisors, legal partners and construction teams., • Shape the project concept and steer the design process with clarity and confidence., • Guide the construction phase, keeping progress, quality and budget aligned., • Coordinate with city partners on permits and planning., • Prepare reports, sign-offs and updates that keep everyone aligned and moving., • Coach your project team and create a setup where people grow and deliver their best work. What You’ll Have - • You have 10–15 years of experience in real estate development with a strong record across design, construction and execution., • You bring experience from private equity or an institutional investment setting., • You have a commercial mindset and know how to build multi-use concepts., • You bring a solid network in Scotland across architects, consultants and construction partners,, • You understand planning phases and enjoy working with public entities., • You have the ability to guide high-level discussions while staying hands-on when needed., • You bring an entrepreneurial spirit, a curious mind and a drive to create something meaningful., • You live near Edinburgh and are open to frequent travel to Amsterdam. Together with the Front of House Manager, Hotel Manager and the team of community hosts, you’ll be responsible for running and supervising every aspect of our hotel operations. Whether you’re providing a flawless welcome and check in, awesome service in our restaurant and bars or making great new connections, it’s up to you to spread the TSH magic!, • You know about our product offering and how to (cross-)sell these products to our guests, • Any guest or team member question or complaint that comes in, you handle it like a pro. This also goes for any technical issue that may occur, • You’re awesome at keeping an overview of all things happening at the hotel and know how to keep a cool head in sticky situations, • You love to share your TSH-wisdom. When team-members have questions or need assistance, you come to their rescue!, • You’re the internal TSH networker. You connect with your guest community and know exactly what's going on at all times and how to cater to their needs, • Have fun! You connect with your guest community and know exactly what's going on at all times and how to cater to their needs, • You always have a helicopter view and know exactly when to be where and how to best assist the team, • You love responsibility and handle stressful peak periods like a pro, • You have good communication skills in English (Speak any other languages?
