This is a brand-new position, created following the purchase of a 4-head industrial embroidery machine. You will be the sole embroidery machine operator on-site, taking ownership of the setup, operation, and day-to-day running of the embroidery machine. While initial support will be provided during installation, this role is ideal for someone confident in their ability to load/set up and run embroidery machines who can bring expertise and help establish processes. \n \n Job duties: \n\n • Setting up and operating a 4-head / multi-head embroidery machine\n, • Loading garments and preparing materials for production\n, • Managing embroidery runs from start to finish\n, • Ensuring high-quality output across all garments\n, • Troubleshooting basic machine or production issues\n, • Assisting with the setup and optimisation of the embroidery process\n, • Supporting wider production duties when required: Heat press operation, vinyl cutting, garment preparation and finishing, packing and preparing orders for dispatch\n, • Working to deadlines and managing multiple production orders\n, • Quality checking finished products\n\n \n Skills & experience required: \n\n • Previous experience operating industrial embroidery machines\n, • Hands-on experience with machine setup, running production and loading materials\n, • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of a new function\n, • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality\n\n \n Salary: £26,000 to £30,000 based on experience \n Location: Horsham \n Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm \n Start Date: October / November 2026 \n \n \n Wild Recruitment Ltd T/A First Recruitment Services is acting as an employment agency in relation to this vacancy.
