Overview: We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing UK sales team. As we expand our global footprint, this role will be instrumental in driving new business growth, building lasting client relationships, and positioning TrustedTech as a leading Microsoft Solutions Partner in the UK market. With a strong foundation in the U.S. and over $100 million in revenue generated, TrustedTech is now bringing its cloud expertise and customer-centric solutions to London. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your sales acumen, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills to identify new opportunities, engage prospects, and help shape the company’s market presence across the UK. Responsibilities: Prospecting & Lead Generation: • Proactively engage with prospects through outbound outreach across phone, email, social media, and other channels., • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline by qualifying leads and identifying high-potential opportunities., • Collaborate with marketing to convert inbound interest into sales-qualified leads. Sales Execution & Relationship Building: • Leverage your negotiation and influencing skills to convert prospects into customers and exceed revenue goals., • Develop strong, trusted relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and presenting tailored solutions., • Deliver compelling proposals and presentations that communicate value and ROI. Strategy & Collaboration: • Partner with the UK sales leadership team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies., • Contribute to quarterly sales targets and play a key role in achieving overall company revenue goals., • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to position TrustedTech effectively. Required Skills & Qualifications (must-haves): • At least 1 year of outbound sales experience, including prospecting via phone, email, and social platforms., • Proven track record of new business acquisition and lead generation., • Experience in B2B solution selling, with an understanding of the complexities of selling to business customers., • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong deal-closing capabilities., • Excellent communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills., • Ability to work towards and achieve quarterly targets in a fast-paced, dynamic environment., • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to thrive as part of a team. Preferred Skills & Qualifications (nice-to-haves): • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field., • Full-cycle sales experience, ideally within the technology sector., • Knowledge of Microsoft products, services, and cloud solutions., • Proficiency with CRM and outbound sales platforms (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach)., • Microsoft certifications or equivalent credentials., • Adaptability to evolving technologies and market dynamics.
