You’ll be the friendly voice customers rely on, the coordinator who makes sure the right kit gets to the right place, and the problem-solver who keeps things running on time. Your work ensures construction sites, infrastructure projects, and local businesses get the equipment they need to keep the country moving. It’s meaningful, fast-paced, and genuinely rewarding. What You’ll Be Doing • Being the first point of contact for hire enquiries, • Managing the full hire process — quotes, bookings, deliveries, and off-hires, • Coordinating with transport, workshop, and depot teams, • Making sure equipment movements are planned, efficient, and on schedule, • Maintaining accurate documentation and system records, • Spotting opportunities to improve service and customer satisfaction You don’t need industry experience (though it helps!) — enthusiasm and the right attitude go a long way.
