Role Summary The Senior Travel Executive is responsible for booking and managing all aspects of corporate client travel, including VIP itineraries. This includes anticipating client needs, tailoring travel plans to individual preferences, and ensuring high standards of service and efficiency throughout. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end travel bookings across air, rail, hotel, and ancillary services Provide exceptional service to VIP clients, including tailored itinerary planning Handle ticketing, reissues, and fare adjustments (Galileo preferred) Resolve client complaints professionally and promptly Maintain accurate booking records and documentation Ensure compliance with client service level agreements and internal QC standards Support cost-saving initiatives and vendor negotiations Handle accounting queries and reconciliation processes Mentor junior colleagues and support internal training Adhere to all regulatory and data security requirements (incl. PCI compliance) Candidate Requirements Education: Degree level or equivalent work experience Experience: 3+ years in a corporate travel agency or TMC Proficient in GDS (Galileo preferred) Strong fare and ticketing knowledge Experience servicing VIP or senior-level corporate trave Benefits Agent Incentive Scheme: We offer a quarterly incentive to reward agents for delivering exceptional service and value: Incentive Payment: 5% of an individuals quarterly commission earnings, less monthly salary, National Insurance/Medical Benefits, and Pension contributions Commission Earnings Include: Airline commission Airline mark-ups Hotel, car hire, and ancillary mark-ups Transaction fees Additional Benefits: Annual Leave: 20 days + UK Bank Holidays, increasing by 1 day per year (up to a maximum of 25 days) Pension: Enhanced employer contribution of 5% (employee contribution 3%) Medical Cashback Scheme: Simply Health Level 3 coverage Please dont hesitate to reach out if you need any additional information.
