About The Role In this dynamic and fulfilling role, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of multi-disciplinary staff, ensuring that our services are delivered effectively and efficiently. You will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of children and young people by providing targeted social work services, assessing needs, and developing care plans. Some of the day-to-day tasks include: • Promoting the safety and wellbeing of children, • Supervising and supporting staff, • Managing team duties and ensuring quality practice, • Delivering statutory and early help services As an 'any-desk' worker, you'll need to be connected to our network to access digital folders and resources, but this can either be from home or an office location when required. You will be required to work from the office a couple of times a week, depending on your role and team requirements. About You We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual who is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of children and young people. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for social work.
