The need to be • Be self-motivated, • Be able to work to targets and deadlines, • Having the ability to work with others- internal and external, • Able to operate under own initiative, • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with significant Family Law experience., • Minimum 10+ years’ PQE in Family Law., • Proven track record of managing and developing successful legal teams., • Demonstrable experience in people management, coaching and mentoring., • Strong experience handling privately funded family law matters., • Excellent technical expertise in divorce and financial remedy work., • Strong commercial awareness and business development capability., • Experience delivering growth and achieving financial targets., • Outstanding communication, leadership and relationship-building skills., • Ability to inspire, motivate and develop others., • Previous experience as a Partner, Head of Department, Regional Director or equivalent leadership role., • Membership of Resolution and/or Family Law Accreditation., • Established referrer and professional network., • Experience managing multi-site or regional teams., • Proven experience leading departmental growth and recruitment initiatives.
