About the role As a HR Lead Advisor, you’ll be the go-to expert for managers and staff alike, providing trusted advice, managing sensitive casework, and supporting the development of robust people practices. You’ll work closely with the HR Manager, contribute to strategic people initiatives, and play an active role in ensuring HR operations run efficiently, legally, and with a people-first mindset. Qualifications & Experience • CIPD qualified or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge through experience., • Broad HR experience, including proven expertise handling complex and high-risk ER cases., • Experience managing and reporting on HR KPIs, metrics, and insights., • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust., • Confident in using HR systems and highly competent with IT tools., • Strong judgement, able to manage sensitive and complex situations., • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise effectively., • Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and best practice., • Able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
