The role will involve: Teaching across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 Delivering pre-planned lessons and, at times, planning where required Managing behaviour effectively and maintaining high expectations Adapting quickly to different school environments Building positive relationships with pupils and staff We are looking for someone who: Has recent experience teaching in primary schools Is confident working across different year groups Demonstrates strong behaviour management skills Is flexible, reliable and open to travelling across Kent Holds an enhanced DBS (or is willing to obtain one) This is a great opportunity for teachers who enjoy variety, value flexibility and can quickly establish a calm, consistent presence in the classroom.
