EHCP Plan Coordinator • Daily Rate: £250 per day, • Location: Barnsley (Hybrid) Day-to-day of the role: • Implement all statutory duties as outlined in the relevant legislation for Children and Young People with SEND., • Provide statutory advice and guidance relating to the Code of Practice and related legislation., • Maintain and review all statutory procedures as set out in the Code of Practice and Regulations., • Collaborate with parents/carers, children, and young people to ensure their views and wishes are integral to the assessment, planning, and review process., • Manage the statutory processes for issuing and maintaining Plans within a defined caseload., • Produce performance management information relevant to the service., • Prepare casework for statutory panels, tribunals, and appeals as per legal requirements., • Prepare high-quality and accurate reports and plans that are statutorily compliant., • Experience in the specialist area of Special Educational Needs and Disability., • Effective communication skills with a range of partners and providing advice and guidance to families, professionals, and partners., • Experience using management information systems., • Good working knowledge of the relevant Code of Practice and Legislation., • Understanding of the services offered to children, young people, and families., • Access to a dedicated consultant for ongoing support., • Secure and user-friendly online system for timesheets., • Self-service portal for managing holiday requests, payslips, and other employment documents., • Access to free training, discount clubs, healthcare options, and Reed rewards., • Inclusion in pension schemes, paid holiday schemes, and maternity benefits.
