Job Purpose: As the Logistics Coordinator you will be responsible to organise the freight in accordance with our company and customer's requirements for both domestic and international shipments. Your routine tasks will involve preparing shipping documents, invoices, airway bills, dangerous goods notes and enclosing manufacturer's certificate of conformity. Key Responsibilities: • To organise a safe and secure transportation of all shipments, • To produce all documentation - Despatch Notes, Invoices, Airway Bills, Dangerous Goods Notes etc., • Identifying Country of Origin, Tariff codes and Value for customs when required, • Ensuring shipments are processed in a time manner to meet company’s expectations and KPIs, • Liaise with all freight agents and couriers for collection of the shipments and dealing with any queries that arise, • To provide customers with details of Airway bills and any other relevant documentation, • To coordinate with the warehouse team in the preparation of shipping documents, • Issuing custom clearance instructions for all imports and exports of the company, • Any other duties assigned by the Logistics Manager/Operations Director Competencies and key skills • Experience within the Supply Chain Management or Logistics is compulsory, • Thorough understanding of export and import requirements, customs procedures and complexities, • Understanding of international regulation for carriage of hazardous material, • Ability to work both within a team and independently, • Computer literacy, which also involves adequate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook, • Demonstration of a high level of flexibility to meet business requirements, • Comply and adapt to the company, suppliers and customers’ requirements, • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills in order to effectively liaise with all external parties and co-workers, • An initiative and proactive approach to the completion of daily duties, • A methodical and consistent approach to ensure all records & entries are of a high standard

Job Purpose: The Logistics Supervisor oversees the logistics operations within Aerospheres, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of orders. This role focuses on coordinating transportation, warehousing, while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations related to the handling of orders. The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for supervising a team and maintaining smooth and compliant operations across all logistics functions supporting and liaising with other departments (i.e.: sales , warehouse, procurement). Key Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day logistics operations, including outbound / inbound shipment process management, • Supervise logistics staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety standards., • Ensure timely delivery of orders to customers as per delivery schedules especially for DAP, DDP, DDU and consignment orders., • Coordinate and manage transportation activities, both in-house and through third-party providers (e.g., freight forwarders, trucking companies), • Monitor and report on the status of incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure orders are delivered efficiently, • Implement best practices for optimize workflow process and reduce downtime., • Ensure accurate record-keeping of all incoming and outgoing orders, and assist with monthly or quarterly audits, • Conduct safety training for the logistics team to maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies, • Ensure accurate and complete documentation for hazardous materials shipping, including compliance with Dangerous Goods (DG) regulations, SDS (Safety Data Sheets), and other shipping requirements, • Maintain accurate records of shipping manifests, and shipment tracking, • Prepare and manage reports on logistics performance, delivery metrics, and operational costs., • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of logistics and warehouse operations, • Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing, sales, and warehouse, to align logistics operations with the broader company goals, • Analyse and resolve logistics issues or delays and take corrective actions as necessary to maintain high customer satisfaction levels, • Interact with customers and suppliers as required to resolve shipment issues, answer inquiries, or provide status updates, • Coordinate special delivery requests and ensure that customers’ expectations are met in terms of delivery schedules and material handling, • Assist Logistics manager in expansion goals, timelines, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business objectives. Qualifications: Education & Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Preferred) Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably within the MRO or airfreight department within a freight forwarder. Competencies and key skills • Strong understanding Dangerous Goods, Global shipping, import/ export customs regulations, custom tariff codes, 3PL logistics, • Strong leadership and team management skills, • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping, especially for compliance-related documentation, • Problem-solving ability to quickly identify issues and implement solutions, • Leadership skills to supervise and motivate a team of logistics staff. Certifications (Preferred): • Certification in Dangerous Goods Handling (e.g., IATA, IMDG) Working Conditions: • Full-time position, typically Monday to Friday, with potential for AOG of hours working pattern, • The role involves a mix of office-based work and time spent in the warehouse, • Physical demands may include walking, standing, and occasional lifting of materials.
