We’re looking for a skilled and reliable chef, at Hyatt Centric Cambridge, who stay calm under pressure, work in a structured way, and have a strong eye for quality. You will take pride in preparing great food, supporting a smooth service, and creating dishes that guests remember. Reporting to the Head Chef, you’ll be an important part of the kitchen team and play a key role in delivering the Locke dining experience every day. Duties as a Chef de Partie: Manages a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring consistent preparation and presentation of dishes to the highest standard.
