Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. High attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining exceptional cleaning and hygiene standards. Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive sales and profitability. Confidence in dealing with customer enquiries and resolving complaints professionally. A positive attitude, strong work ethic and hands-on approach. We are looking for an experienced and reliable carpenter to work on domestic renovation and refurbishment projects. The ideal candidate must be competent and experienced in the following areas: • Installation of laminate flooring, including preparation, underlay, cutting and finishing., • Installation of engineered wood flooring, particularly herringbone flooring, with a high standard of accuracy and finish., • Full kitchen installations, including fitting kitchen units, cabinets, worktops, panels, plinths and associated finishing work., • Installation of internal doors, including fitting door frames/linings, architraves, hinges, handles and ironmongery., • Installation and replacement of skirting boards and architraves., • General first and second-fix carpentry associated with domestic renovation projects., • Ability to accurately measure, cut, level and install materials to a professional standard., • Ability to work from drawings, measurements and kitchen/flooring plans where required.
