Qualifications • US or UK-qualified lawyer; international experience is highly advantageous., • Minimum of 6 years' PQE (post-qualified experience), currently working in a Private Funds group at a law firm or as an in-house funds lawyer., • Extensive knowledge of Secondaries fund transactions – LP Portfolio Sales, LP-Led, GP-Led, Continuation Funds, and Preferred Equity., • Strong knowledge of private equity fund structuring, fund operations, and fund closing matters, ideally in respect of both UK and US funds; experience with Luxembourg fund structures is a plus., • Experience working in a collaborative and demanding environment., • Flexible, as you will work with colleagues across time zones from California & New York (US), London (UK), Milan (Italy), and Zug (Switzerland).
