Fern is a premium 'all-day' sharing plates concept, opening for lunch and dinner 7 days a week. Plus, Saturday Brunch, and Sunday Roast. The successful candidate will have reasonable relevant experience of helping manage a premium restaurant or bar and will possess the personality traits and skills needed to deliver an outstanding guest experience, manage a profitable business, and lead a happy, effective, and well-trained team.
