The principal of a very successful family-run investment and commercial property development company working across prime location sites in Central London, is looking for a fast-paced, efficient, and friendly Executive Assistant. \n\n 80% Executive Assistant, 20% Personal Assistant to the principal/director, loyal, kind and generous, super busy. \n\n Core hours: 10am-5pm with some flexibility for out-of-hours during very busy periods. \n\n The role is partly based at the principal's home in Hampstead/Barnet, North London, partly from the office in Mayfair, and 1 day a week working from the candidate’s own home. A short bus journey from Golders Green/Finchley and Hampstead tube stations, or there is free parking. The role would suit someone living in North London. \n\n * Principal is looking for a partnership with the candidate, endless opportunity for progression * \n\n The role is to support a Board Director of a multi-billion-pound private business, which is a privately owned family business. In addition, the Director has a complex combination of additional commercial and private interests. The role is to fully support the principal in all areas, including the following: \n\n\n\t • Inbox management across several business operations\n\t, • Diary management from multiple feeds\n\t, • Preparation of reports\n\t, • Take dictation\n\t, • Management of both paper and electronic filing systems with cross-referencing\n\t, • Board Director support in providing gatekeeper provision\n\t, • Support the principal’s philanthropic interests\n\t, • Ad hoc projects\n\n\n Candidate \n\n\n\t • 5 years of EA experience, ideally in the property industry, but not essential\n\t, • Able to work fast-paced with good attention to detail\n\t, • Discretion essential\n\t, • V tech-savvy – principal is not tech-savvy\n\t, • Good written and verbal skills\n\t, • Proactive, resourceful, able to plan ahead\n\t, • Confident and ambitious\n\t, • Kind and thoughtful\n
