Part-Time Office Manager I have an excellent part time opportunity for a candidate with a strong mathematical and numbers background, who is confident with IT systems and is generally excellent with organisation and attention to detail skills. This could suit someone with an accounts background looking for part time hours, who is flexible to work in other areas of the business as and when needed, or someone who is used to working in a role where Maths is used on a daily basis. My client has over £10,000 products coming into the business most weeks, they are looking for a bright and articulate candidate to join their busy team. The role will involve entering product data accurately into the system, as they come into the business. The candidate will be working out prices, using percentage profits, entering serial numbers and product description titles accurately and in good time. Other duties will include, promoting the business , running the office answering the telephone dealing with enquiries. Dealing with all areas of administration within the business including vehicle insurance, setting up new customers, ordering signage and organising events. Ideal Part-Time Office Managers MUST have a strong Maths pass at GCSE level. The ideal Part-Time Office Manager candidate will also need to be/have: Strong IT and administrative skills. Efficient and accurate typing skills. Confident with numbers with a high pass grade in Maths GCSE grade 5/6 C/B or above. Ability to work on own initiative and make business decisions as well as working as part of a busy team. Adaptable to working in other areas of the business depending on business needs, including the warehouse area which can be quite a manual role. A full Uk Driving license Be flexible and adaptable with hours as per business needs. This role is working for a well-established and growing business. They are looking for honest and reliable candidates who want a long-term role in the local area. They can be flexible with working hours, but candidates may also need to be flexible to work as and when needed. Permanent position working 16 hours a week, open 7 days a week so hours could be across any day of the week and may change week on week, which is why full flexibility is needed. Hourly rate will start at £14 per hour and will be reviewed, potential to increase within the first 12 months, the more the successful candidate can contribute to the business the quicker the rate will increase.
