We’re hiring a reliable and fast-paced kitchen staff member to prepare wraps, doners, and burgers. Experience with grilling and assembling food is preferred. Must be clean, organized, and able to work in a busy environment.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about Italian food, and thrives on providing exceptional service. You will be responsible for serving customers, providing advice and selling food retail products, assist in organising and maintaining the food fridges and retail shelves, slicing meats and cheeses, preparing and presenting foods from our kitchen for retail display and sale. You will need to be comfortable working in a small team, we are a total 8 people with 6 working per shift. We open 6 days a week, Monday to Saturday, Sunday closed, you will need to work 5 days of those days on a rota system.

Prepare a variety of dishes while ensuring authentic flavors and high-quality presentation. Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and food preparation. Plan and develop the menu, introducing new dishes while maintaining customer favorites. Monitor food preparation processes to ensure quality and consistency. Oversee stock levels and order supplies to ensure an efficient kitchen operation. Maintain hygiene and safety standards, ensuring the kitchen complies with all health and safety regulations.
