We are seeking a commercially astute and highly experienced Head of HR to lead the People function in a complex, unionised, multi-site environment. This senior leadership role requires proven expertise in M&A, TUPE, trade union negotiations, and employment relations, alongside strong operational HR leadership. The role includes: • Shaping and delivering a people strategy aligned to growth and organisational objectives., • Acting as HR lead on M&A projects, including due diligence, TUPE, and integration., • Leading ER matters, trade union relationships, consultations, and negotiations., • Driving consistency in HR operations and compliance across multiple sites., • CIPD qualified., • Extensive HR leadership experience in multi-site, unionised environments., • Strong track record in M&A, TUPE, and union engagement., • In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
