We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor to provide expert HR guidance and support, working closely with managers at all levels across the organisation. In this role, you’ll actively contribute to the delivery of our company strategy by enabling strong people management and delivering high-quality, consistent employee relations support. Working alongside key business stakeholders, HR Business Partners and the ER & Compliance Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end employee relations cases, driving manager capability and ensuring compliant, positive outcomes in line with UK employment law and best practice. You’ll act as a trusted partner to the business, influencing, challenging and coaching people managers to competently manage ER activity and contractual changes. Working collaboratively with the HR Operations team, you’ll regularly review case activity, use data to identify trends and make insightful, commercial recommendations. You’ll lead the planning and coordination of HR Cycle activities for your client areas, including facilitating performance calibration sessions and developing high quality guidance and training materials. You’ll analyse performance data to support annual remuneration processes and collaborate with colleagues across Learning & Development and Reward & Benefits to deliver a seamless end-to-end performance management process.
