HR Advisor Location: Bradford (Hybrid Working) Salary: Up to £38,000 DOE Contract: Permanent The Role We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join a busy and supportive HR team based in Bradford. This is a hybrid, permanent opportunity offering up to £38,000 depending on experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a high-quality HR service across the business, with a strong focus on Employee Relations and absence management. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing practical, commercial and solutions-focused HR support in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Managing end-to-end Employee Relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, capability and performance matters, • Advising and supporting managers through absence management processes., • Coaching and upskilling managers to build confidence and capability in handling people matters, • Supporting investigations, hearings and appeals, ensuring best practice and legal compliance, • Providing clear, consistent advice in line with company policy and current employment legislation, • Assisting with policy updates and continuous improvement of HR processes, • Proven experience in an HR Advisor role, • Strong ER experience, managing cases end to end with minimal supervision, • Confident handling complex absence management cases, • Experienced in coaching and supporting managers in a commercially focused environment, • Solid knowledge of UK employment law, • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, • Salary up to £38,000 DOE, • Hybrid working model, • Supportive team environment, • Opportunity to work within a dynamic and growing organisation For further details please contact Alice Connors on 0114 221 8000
