The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this business as an Area Sales Manager covering London and surrponding areas. This role will involve managing current live play projects as well as looking to utilise your network and new business skills to generate new prospects and projects. You will be supported by a technical and marketing team as well as an experienced sales leadership team in the role and full training will be given if you have not sold these products or solutions before. You'll be at the forefront of developing relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering tailored play solutions that meet their clients' design aspirations and community needs. Key Responsibilities • Develop and manage relationships with architects, landscape designers, specialist contractors, local authorities, and city councils., • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities within the region., • Provide design-led solutions, collaborating closely with internal design and project teams., • Deliver engaging CPD presentations and product demonstrations to clients and stakeholders when needed, • Manage the full sales process - from initial enquiry through to project handover., • Represent the business at trade shows, networking events, and industry exhibitions. About You You'll be a proactive, consultative sales professional with a passion for design, community spaces, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The role will also involve looking at commercial budget and demonstrating value to Procurement and buying teams so a commercial acumen and experience of running a sales territory is important. Essential skills and experience: • Proven track record in field sales or business development, ideally within construction, landscaping, or design-led environments., • Experience selling to architects, specifiers, and public sector clients., • Excellent communication and presentation skills., • Strong project management and organisational abilities., • Self-motivated, commercially astute, and results-driven., • Full UK driving licence.
