Key Responsibilities: Food Preparation: • Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including cutting, chopping, and marinating., • Follow recipes and presentation specifications to ensure consistency. Cooking: • Cook meals under the supervision of senior chefs, including sushi, sashimi, and hot dishes., • Maintain high levels of food hygiene and safety standards. Kitchen Maintenance: • Keep the kitchen area clean and organized., • Ensure all equipment and utensils are cleaned and stored properly. Team Collaboration: • Work as part of a team to achieve high standards of food service., • Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications: • Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not essential., • A passion for Japanese cuisine and willingness to learn., • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices., • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure., • Good communication and teamwork skills.
