The contentious probate team handles complex and high-value disputes and is known for its pragmatic, client-focused approach, delivered with sensitivity in often emotionally challenging circumstances. The Role An opportunity has arisen for a Contentious Probate Solicitor to join a growing specialist team. You will manage a varied caseload of inheritance and estate disputes while working closely with colleagues across private client and litigation teams.
