Your work will focus on functional communication, literacy development, and transferable skills that support learning across the curriculum and beyond. Teaching will be informed by assessment, professional judgement, and a clear understanding of each pupil’s learning profile. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will contribute to personalised learning pathways and help create a consistent, supportive educational environment.
