Interact with internal departments, consultants, suppliers and sub-contractors as necessary in order to achieve Building Regulations and warranty approval and satisfactory conditions discharge. Assist in the preparation of key status reports and updates on all KPIs relating to the Technical function. Co-ordinate the appointment of utilities, including designs, quotes and any required agreements. Responsible for managing the Adoption process. Provide engineering support to site teams and Internal departments. Be present on site and lead on relevant technical meetings relating to the procurement and approval of site infrastructure. The Ideal Candidate: A relevant qualification or strong experience in technical design, and/or civil engineering Knowledge of engineering requirements of the house building industry and the legal framework associated with Technical standards and requirements.
