iOS Developer London, UK (Hybrid - approx. 1 day per month in the office) Up to £85k basic A fantastic opportunity for an experienced iOS Developer to join a high-growth tech company building large-scale, data-driven mobile applications. This is a dynamic engineering culture where developers are given real ownership, encouraged to solve complex challenges, and supported to deliver high-quality products at pace. As an iOS Developer, you'll contribute to the development and scaling of a sophisticated native iOS app used by tens of thousands of customers. You'll also work on a native SDK that powers Real Time data collection directly on devices. The role blends hands-on mobile engineering with architectural thinking, with a strong emphasis on usability, performance, and scalability. The iOS Developer will work closely with Back End and data engineers in cross-functional squads, taking part in system design, product discussions, and architectural decisions. You'll also be encouraged to explore modern iOS tooling and experiment with AI-driven solutions to improve both developer productivity and code quality. iOS Developer - Key Skills & Experience: • 4+ years' experience building native iOS apps with Swift, • Proficiency with modern iOS frameworks and patterns (SwiftUI, UIKit, CoreData, MVVM, Clean Architecture, Dependency Injection, etc.), • Proven experience developing scalable SDKs for external or internal use, • Strong knowledge of mobile architecture, design patterns, and performance optimisation, • Track record of delivering across the full app life cycle, from feature design to release and iteration, • Collaborative, product-driven mindset, with the ability to mentor junior engineers, • Experience working in Agile, cross-functional teams, • Base salary up to £85,000, • Performance-related bonus, • Share options, • Private medical insurance & income protection, • Enhanced pension scheme, • Minimum 25 days annual leave We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all suitably qualified candidates, regardless of race, sex, disability, religion/belief, sexual orientation, or age.
