Your aim is to empower residents, promote their well-being, and ensure a safe and supportive living environment. Responsibilities include: • Provide one-on-one support to residents, tailored to their individual needs and support plans., • Assist residents with daily living skills, such as budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and personal hygiene., • Support residents in accessing healthcare, employment, education, and other community resources., • Help residents manage their medication and attend medical appointments., • Monitor residents' well-being and report any concerns or changes in their condition., • Promote social inclusion and encourage residents to participate in activities and events., • Maintain accurate records of support provided and resident progress., • Work collaboratively with other support staff, healthcare professionals, and external agencies., • Ensure the safety and security of the HMO property and its residents. Qualifications: • Previous experience in a support role, preferably working with vulnerable adults., • Understanding the needs of individuals with mental health issues, learning disabilities, or other support needs., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

AAT qualification (or working towards) will be an advantage.
