At the same time, brands can discover, connect with, and manage creators through AI-driven matching, campaign automation, and real-time analytics. Partnership Manager We’re seeking a Partnership Manager to accelerate growth through strategic affiliate and partner relationships. In this role, you’ll own the affiliate channel end-to-end — from identifying and onboarding high-value partners to optimising performance and maximising ROI. Key Responsibilities • Build & scale affiliate programs: Design, launch, and optimise our partner ecosystem to drive qualified leads and advertiser acquisition., • Recruit & onboard partners: Source, evaluate, and activate affiliates and strategic partners across B2C, D2C, and B2B audiences., • Negotiate & structure deals: Develop partnership agreements, commission models, and incentive plans that balance profitability with partner motivation., • Optimise performance: Monitor and analyse KPIs (CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, acquisition volume) to continuously improve outcomes., • Collaborate cross-functionally:, • Partner with Marketing on messaging and creative assets., • Work with Data teams to refine attribution and reporting., • Coordinate with Product to ensure seamless tracking and API integrations., • Manage budgets: Own the affiliate budget and allocate spend efficiently., • Safeguard compliance: Uphold brand integrity, data privacy, and ethical marketing practices., • Engage with industry: Stay ahead of trends, tools, and innovations in affiliate and partnership marketing. Requirements • 3–5 years of experience in affiliate partnerships, ideally within adtech, media, SaaS, or networks., • Full understanding of different affiliate marketing channels and publisher types., • Proven track record of driving measurable growth through affiliate channels., • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies., • Hands-on experience with affiliate networks (E.g. Impact, Partnerize, CJ, Rakuten)., • Skilled negotiator with experience structuring commission rates that drive profitable outcomes., • Excellent communication and relationship management skills across partners and internal teams., • Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, startup-style environments, balancing strategy with execution. Nice to Have • Experience in advertiser acquisition across B2C, D2C, and B2B., • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot ideally)., • Understanding of API-based partnerships and referral tracking., • Experience scaling affiliate programs globally.
