Requirements Proven experience as a Butcher or in a similar role within the culinary or food production industry. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards. A passion for food preparation and culinary arts is highly desirable. Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the business needs.
