This is a full time, permanent position with a starting salary of £34,007 per annum. Interviews are expected to be held in person on 17th December 2025. The Role: This role will provide proactive personal assistance to assigned Senior Leadership Team (SLT) members. The Executive Personal Assistant (EPA) will provide complex diary, travel and event management and meeting organisation to include appropriate preparation of SLT member(s) for meetings and events. This may include research, hospitality bookings, greeting visitors. Email inbox monitoring may be required in liaison with the SLT member(s) as well as processing expenses. The Person: The ideal applicant will be educated to A Level or equivalent with relevant professional experience and be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of providing executive support to senior staff in a large and complex organisational setting, preferably within the Higher Education sector. You will have a highly developed understanding of the need to maintain required levels of professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of the role and will have meticulous attention to detail with experience of clerking and or minuting meetings being desirable.
