Job Title: Sales & Operations ManagerLocation: DarlingtonSalary: £50,000 per annum + Bonus (OTE £85K)Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm We are supporting an established business seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Sales & Operations Manager to lead the day to day operations during an exciting period of investment, expansion and growth. This is a key leadership role, offering the opportunity to take ownership of business performance. You'll play a pivotal role in driving commercial success, improving customer experience and delivering strategic business initiatives with the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings through performance related rewards.Key Responsibilities of Sales & Operations Manager:\n\n • Take full ownership of day to day operations, ensuring consistently high operational standards\n, • Manage, develop and motivate staff to achieve business objectives and commercial targets\n, • Drive sales growth, revenue performance and customer acquisition\n, • Improve customer retention and identify opportunities to increase repeat revenue\n, • Manage full P&L responsibility, ensuring strong financial performance and disciplined cost control\n, • Monitor and manage KPIs, budgets, targets and overall business performance\n, • Deliver monthly reporting, debtor management and financial oversight\n, • Implement and improve systems, processes, KPIs and operational efficiencies\n, • Identify and develop new income streams and business growth opportunities\n, • Work closely with business owners to shape and deliver the wider growth strategy\n, • Take ownership of decision making, driving improvements\n, • Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, partners and customers\nSkills & Experience:\n\n, • Previous experience in a commercial management or operational leadership role\n, • Strong leadership and people management skills\n, • Excellent commercial awareness with a proven ability to drive business growth\n, • Customer focused with outstanding communication skills\n, • Financial understanding including budgeting and performance management\n, • Experience managing KPIs and delivering operational improvements\n, • Strong organisational and problem solving skills\n, • Ability to lead change and manage multiple priorities\n In return, you will receive a basic salary of £50,000 per annum plus performance bonus taking you up to £85,000 per annum and genuine opportunities for career progression.
