Qualifications & Experience… Understanding of the Harry Potter film series and filmmaking. Previous work experience in a customer/visitor facing role, where a strong emphasis was placed on quality of service and/or experience. Previous work on-stage is desirable. Presentation skills – enthusiasm and ability to speak in public to groups of up to 300 on a microphone. Both scripted elements and improvisation required. Demonstrable ability to learn new skills and adapt to new situations within a visitor focused environment. Able to contribute positively and enjoy working effectively as part of a large and varied team. Working Pattern… Contracts range from 16 to 40 hours per week. You will be required to work weekends as part of this working pattern. Weekend work includes both Saturday and Sunday.
