RequirementsPersonal Tax Manager ACA/ACCA and ATT/CTA qualification, or equivalent chartered certified accountant status. Progressive experience in personal tax, ideally within a professional services firm or tax advisory practice. Proven experience in team leadership, people management and talent development. In-depth knowledge of UK personal tax legislation, including Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax and Property Tax. Expertise in tax return preparation, compliance and advisory services for private clients. Exceptional communication, interpersonal and client engagement skills with the ability to simplify complex tax concepts. High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and a commitment to accuracy and quality. Proficiency in tax software (e.g., CaseWare, TaxCalc, Thomson Reuters) and Microsoft Office Suite.
