How You Will Contribute As a Business Development Executive at TIP, you’ll be responsible for sourcing and closing new investment deals with property owners who host telecom infrastructure. That means identifying potential clients, reaching out, building trust, and helping them assess the benefits of selling their lease income in exchange for an upfront capital payment. This is a commercially focused, advisory role where your success depends on your ability to build relationships, offer credible guidance, and manage deals from first contact through to close. In this role, you will: • Own and grow a regional territory, managing your own pipeline of prospects., • Identify and approach new leads through research, outreach, and referrals., • Build rapport with landowners and institutions, offering clear, honest advice., • Present and negotiate offers, handling questions and objections with confidence., • Review lease and legal documents to identify risks, obligations, and value., • Collaborate with internal teams such as Legal, Underwriting and Finance, to progress deals., • Keep accurate records in our CRM and manage activity across your portfolio., • Stay informed on market trends and apply insights to shape your strategy. You’ll need to be confident starting conversations, proactive in building relationships, and comfortable navigating complex decisions. We’ll teach you the specifics of our industry - you’ll bring the drive, curiosity, and commercial mindset to make it count. We’re looking for someone who: • Has experience in client-facing or target-driven roles (e.g. real estate, business development, account management, recruitment), • Communicates clearly and builds trust quickly, • Works independently, takes ownership, and delivers results, • Can stay organised and manage multiple priorities, • Is curious, adaptable, and open to feedback, • Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, • Is comfortable with some regional travel It’s a bonus if you also have: • Familiarity with legal, financial, or investment processes, • Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems, • Understanding of the ECC 2017 Our Commitment to You Thank you for considering TIP.
