About the role As an Equipment Owner, you will play an important role in keeping your line running safely, smoothly and efficiently. You will become a subject matter expert on a specific piece of equipment, helping us maintain high standards in safety, quality and performance. You will use problem‑solving tools, daily management systems and the IWS ways of working to eliminate losses, reduce waste and support continuous improvement. You’ll also coach and train colleagues so everyone feels confident using and caring for the equipment.
